For any item listed in the shop, if you would prefer the flower/bow to be attached to a clippie instead of a headband, just leave a note at checkout. Otherwise, item will be shipped as listed.

All of our listings typically have a 5-7 day processing time. If you need an item by a certain date, please message me BEFORE placing your order so I can ensure the order can be done within the set time constraints. LEAVING A NOTE DOES NOT ENSURE YOU WILL RECEIVE IT WITHOUT HAVING CONTACTED US FIRST!

As a small business, I don’t carry a large inventory. Sometimes our items become out of stock and if your order contains something out of stock, I will message you to let you know and determine whether or not you would like to wait for me to reorder the supply, alter the out of stock supply with something in stock, or cancel your order.

I am 6 years into this business venture, so far I can say that we have the BEST customers!!

Custom Orders: I am taking custom orders at this time, send me a message with your request! Please be aware of the following guidelines. Once your message is received I will contact you with any questions and quote you a price. If a component for the piece is requested that I don't have in stock, I may have to order that item. This may cause the price of your piece to increase and cause a delay in shipment. Payment is expected before I begin working on your piece. I will post a custom order listing on our Etsy page that you can access to make payment.

I will communicate with you throughout the process to ensure your satisfaction! Custom orders make me nervous, I never want to disappoint. But please be advised, your vision and my creation may differ, that is why I will communicate and advise you during the creation process and do not assemble your piece until you are happy with the design:)

Headband sizes: Preemie, N-6m 14", 4-12m" 15", and 12m-adult 16". For best fit, measure your child's head to be sure!
